The Allium Bangkok – The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok This was my first time dining at The Allium at The Athenee Hotel Bangkok, and I have to say that I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The restaurant has a beautiful, elegant, and sophisticated atmosphere. The interior feels luxurious and classic while still being warm and comfortable, making it a wonderful place for a special occasion, a business meal, or simply a relaxing dining experience with friends and family. The food was one of the highlights of our visit. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced and enjoyable, and it was clear that a lot of attention was given to both the preparation and presentation of the dishes. Since this was our first visit, we were very happy with the overall dining experience and the quality of the food. However, what made our visit even more special was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The team made us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the end of our dining experience. I would especially like to give my sincere thanks to the Service team, particularly BOW and TOTO. They took very good care of us throughout the meal. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really made a difference and helped make our first visit a memorable one. I would also like to give a special thank you to FRANK, who took care of our beverages. His service was professional, attentive, and well-organized. He paid close attention to the details and helped make the beverage experience another enjoyable part of our evening. As this was our first time visiting The Allium, I can honestly say that the experience exceeded our expectations. Went there for my wife's birthday, food and services were great. Dishes well presented and with good taste, and with decent size portions (for a French restaurant). King prawns and Lamb rak not to be missed.
