お買い物の途中にティータイム。時間帯なのかスムーズに席に座れました。安定の美味しさ。この時期ならではの月餅も頂きました。お友達と美味しく楽しい時間を過ごせました。ここのスタバは穴場かも。

Ain is a great barista! Starbucks usually gives members a free slice of cake during their birthday month. I was trying to redeem it but just could not find the voucher in my account! Since I couldn't find it, I just decided to buy 2 drinks. Ain surprised me with a free slice of birthday cake anyway! What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! Thanks Ain! I would like to commend a staff member at the Starbucks Centrepoint outlet for delivering outstanding service during my visit on 28 April at around 5.20pm. Although I did not manage to get his name, he had a short haircut, was wearing a white shirt and spectacles, which may help identify him. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and welcoming attitude while taking my order. When handing over my drink and birthday cake redemption, he kindly wished me a happy birthday, which made the visit extra special. What impressed me most was that he went beyond normal service by helping another customer carry an extra tray of drinks to their table without being asked. His initiative, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. This is actually my first time making the effort to write a review for Starbucks, because the level of service I received was so memorable and deserving of recognition. Staff like him create memorable customer experiences, strengthen customer loyalty, and represent the Starbucks brand exceptionally well. I hope the management team will recognise and appreciate his excellent service. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
