Hmmm you can tell there’s a genuine effort to create a great customer experience. My family of four had an enjoyable evening, and the service was warm, attentive, and one of the highlights of the meal. Where the restaurant falls short—and unfortunately in the area that matters most—is the food. The menu lacks a cohesive identity. It feels like a collection of unrelated dishes rather than a thoughtfully curated dining experience. For example, you’ll find sashimi alongside clam chowder on the menu. The uni pasta had an overwhelmingly briny sauce that tasted more like the ocean than a balanced pasta dish, and the quality of the uni itself was below average. We also ordered the steak. It looked beautiful and was cooked to the requested temperature, but the thin cut meat itself was disappointingly tough, and the fat was fibery rather than tender and well-rendered. At around $60 USD, it felt like a complete waste of money. The sliders were another disappointment. It was clear they were made from leftover trimmings of another beef dish on the menu. The patties were bland and poorly seasoned, with very little beef flavor, and they were sandwiched between thick slices of bread. The result an unbalanced bite that lacked any real character. Because of the scattered menu, the meal never comes together into a memorable dining experience. It feels more like a tapas-style spot where you order a variety of unrelated plates, paired with an unusually expensive wine list. The excellent service almost makes up for it, but in the end, the food simply doesn’t live up to the level of hospitality. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend making a special trip to dine here. There are simply too many better options at this price point (around $225 USD). For me, this restaurant just isn’t worth the visit. I can’t believe I’ve walked past this place without noticing it. It’s a bit hidden, but once you find it, you’ll wonder how you missed it. The vibe is super comfortable,not too fancy, not too casual, and the staff were really friendly. We tried several dishes, including the “Eat Five Kinds of Food Together,” crab meat maki, smoked cuttlefish bottarga pasta, grilled black throat seaperch risotto, and a fish cake stick. Everything was tasty, and they even gave us a few complimentary bites. Such a great spot for family dinners, hanging out with friends, or even just a light drink and some food. I’d definitely go back! Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
