I had the pleasure of dining at Chenin Chef Counter during Chef Esteban Klenzi's pop-up, and it was a memorable experience. The menu had a strong Argentine influence, with many dishes showcasing the bold, smoky flavors from fire-based cooking. Every dish, from the savory mains to the desserts, was expertly seasoned and easy to appreciate. The balance of flavors was spot-on, and you could really taste the care and craftsmanship in each course. Chef Esteban was incredibly friendly and approachable, adding a personal touch to the evening. The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and intimate, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
