Had our last dinner in Bangkok at Subway inside EmSphere before returning to our hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice. The outlet is neat, well-maintained, and the ordering process was smooth. The staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful, especially in guiding us through the options and suggesting combinations. We tried a Veg sub and a Subway Club footlong, and both were fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. The ingredients tasted good, and the overall quality was exactly what you expect from Subway. I asked for multiple sauces and they happily loaded the sub. A simple meal, but a very satisfying one to end our trip. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Normally, when ordering food, customers should be able to choose from the menu in front of them. However, the staff spoke rudely and had a bad attitude. If you don’t want to work, you should just go home and sleep. I clearly ordered what I wanted, but the order was still wrong. If customers were allowed to choose directly from the menu and pay afterward, these mistakes wouldn’t happen. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
