Wonderful Thai-Asian Dinner Buffet Experience at Ginger Fire, Hilton Hua Hin Our family, including both seniors and children, had a fantastic dining experience at Ginger Fire Restaurant at Hilton Hua Hin. We were warmly welcomed with refreshing signature drinks, including Butterfly Pea with Lemon and a homemade Thai herbal liquor drink. A delightful touch was the traditional Miang Kham appetizer, which beautifully showcased authentic Thai flavors. The dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, ranging from flavorful Thai curries and soups to fish cakes, Northern and Northeastern Thai sausages, steamed fish with lime and chili, and an impressive grilled selection of seafood, pork, and chicken. There was truly something for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved the dessert and ice cream corner, where they happily ended the evening with their favorite sweet treats. We learned that this dinner buffet is specially available during long holiday weekends, while the restaurant normally serves an à la carte menu. The quality of the food, warm atmosphere, and attentive service made the experience even more memorable. A special thank you to Khun Lalita for her friendly hospitality and excellent service throughout the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning to Hilton Hua Hin again in the near future. Team members at Gingerfire restaurant are genuinely hospitable. Food quality also on point with Thai and International cusines.
