Had dinner at Chaolay Seafood Hua Hin on a Saturday night after a Thai friend’s recommendation and overall had a good experience. The restaurant sits out on a pier over the water, so you get a nice sea view to go with very fresh seafood and decent portion sizes. It was quite crowded with large tourist groups, and our food took a while to arrive, but once it came the dishes were tasty and the service was generally fine, just a bit stretched by the crowd.
