Thank you for your kind words about our homemade sourdough bagel, the service, and our team! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the bread.We’re sorry, though, that some of the dishes didn’t meet your expectations. We only wish you had told us immediately! Normally, our bacon bagel is enjoyed simply with melted cheese, fried egg and bacon, but of course we’re always happy to add vegetables on request.Our apple pancakes are a special crispy-style pancake served with caramelized butter apples. And yes, we would absolutely have been happy to add vanilla sauce or ice cream if you had asked. Please, next time, be so kind as to let us know right away if something isn’t quite right as you like it. We genuinely want our guests to leave happy and would much rather have the opportunity to fix something than hear about it later in a bad review. We’d be very happy to make it up to you if you give us another chance!
