On the coin prata, fair point, and also, a bit of honesty: those menu photos came from a proper photoshoot where we made dozens of pratas to pick out the ones with the most consistent size and shape. Coin prata is actually one of the harder items to get right, it should balloon slightly, crispy outside with the butter inside cooking the dough just enough for a soft centre, it takes real skill and a steady hand to nail that every time. During busy periods it's honestly quite challenging to maintain that same level every single time, but our team is actively working towards getting it perfect even on the busiest days.
