日本人です。長期滞在していて、日本食が食べたくなったので来店しました。現地の人に「高くない店のなかだと日本食が一番おいしい」と言われて来ました。親子丼を食べましたが、これはこれで美味しいのですが、日本で食べる親子丼とは少し違いました。だしの味はほとんど感じられず、生姜の風味が非常に強かったです。鶏肉は、唐揚げに使う肉で作られているかのように、生姜と醤油の味が強いです。卵は半熟でしたが、腹痛はありませんでした。ただ、味噌汁は本当に日本で食べるものと同じ味で、日本の調味料を使っていることはしっかり分かりました。全体として、日本人向けの味ではないものの、シンガポール人向けに少しパンチを効かせたアレンジがされている感じで、これはこれで美味しいとは思います。サラダのドレッシングも、日本の高級レストランで使われているような味で、クオリティの高さを感じました。. Compare the menu image on top with the actual dish below. The beef was a real disappointment. To their credit, they replaced it when I flagged it up but it went from overcooked to kinda raw in the middle with no crust or colour on the outside, unlike the menu image. For $27 bucks, disappointing. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
