Green Dot @ Tampines 1 is one of my favourite vegetarian dining spots, and their laksa is a must-order on every visit. The rich, flavourful broth and satisfying ingredients keep me coming back time and time again. It remains my top favourite item on the menu. The food quality has been consistently good, and the dining experience is generally pleasant. The ordering process is also straightforward and convenient. One suggestion for improvement would be the payment process. Previously, customers could place their order and make payment through the same online platform, which felt more seamless and efficient. During my recent visit, however, we were asked to proceed to the counter and make payment immediately after placing our order. It would be great if digital payments could once again be completed directly through the ordering website, while cash payments could still be handled at the counter. Alternatively, allowing customers to settle their bill when they are ready to leave would make the dining experience feel more relaxed and convenient. Overall, the excellent food—especially the laksa—keeps me coming back, and I look forward to many more visits. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Came here every week but find recent month the food standards has drop alot, we thought it was 1 timer but is consistently bland. The rendang used to be really good now just dissapointing. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very happy that Greendot has landed at Tampines, one more option for all vegetarian eaters. Love the food, always fresh and good, less oily and more healthy. And very happy to see a familiar face, Lay Hoon, who used to be at Jewel, now working at Tampines. Love her service and friendlyness. will definately come back Greendot Tampines 1 again.
