This was by far the worst Greyhound branch I have ever visited!!! The service was noticeably slower and less attentive than any other Greyhound location, almost as if it were a completely different restaurant. Staff were few, slow to respond, and difficult to get hold of. I ordered an Old Fashioned during Happy Hour—a classic cocktail that is usually hard to get wrong. Unfortunately, this was the worst version I have ever had. The drink tasted nothing like an Old Fashioned. When I tried to get a staff member’s attention to ask about it, no one came. Since I had already finished most of it, I mentioned the issue at the end of the meal. The response was simply, “Sorry, not many people order this drink.” If a menu item cannot be made properly, especially during a promotion, it should not be offered. The food was also served lukewarm, as if it had been sitting for a while before reaching the table, and the wait time was quite long. This one is a classic Greyhound Café. Food meets their standards. We enjoyed our lunch in a quiet atmosphere. Service was alright. There were not many guests in the restaurant while we were there. It was located on the seventh floor of Central Grand Rama 9. Very easy accessible by either escalator or elevator. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Spacious, easy to talk. Good service. Overall 4.5 stars. Some menus could be too sweet. Coffee here is good too! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Salad
