I recently tried your Lily of the Field tea. Love the aesthetics of it, but isn't it about time to phase out your plastic sachets?
Considering the high price of your tea, I am sure you can figure out how to phase out plastic usage and do the right thing for the environment.
Would defo support you guys if you decide to go green.

Dear John, thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concern. We absolutely love your intention of going green. Our teabags are made of polyester filament woven mesh filter which decomposes into carbon dioxide and water. Please be assured that we are currently working on a sustainable solution to replace our tea sachets and we aim to be plastic free by the end of 2021. Meanwhile, here are some ways we encourage our customers to recycle our products: 1. Remove tea leaves from our teabags and bury the teabags in soil for decomposition 2. Recycling our tea boxes and sachets in recycling bins in the neighbourhood We hope that with such practices, we all can work towards reducing our carbon footprint for a more environmentally-friendly future together! Alternatively, you can continue to show your love and support through our loose leaf teas while we work towards being more sustainable. Thank you!

I bought forest berry and tried brewing and nothing came out the same as described in the website. Wrote in their Facebook messages and was told it should have tea like colour with pinkish tone.
1st picture was misleading.
2nd description of ingredients was black berries and other berries.
In reality It only was black berries and the rest were tea leaves.
Please do not buy unless you have tried it.
Lesson learnt.
