Overpriced. Love Rotiboy but it's SG outlets is just daylight robbery. In Kuala Lumpur Pavilion it's 5 for 15.90rm. Around $6 sgd. Here it's $2.50 for 1? At least sell the price that's justified not jack it up to the roof. Taste delicious like most rotiboy. Only issue is the robbery of a price that they sell in Singapore. No issue paying but i feel for others/school kids who wants to buy but have to deal with the jacked up prices. I have always been a fan of Rotiboy, but I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at the Westgate outlet. As it was nearing closing time, I called ahead to check if there were still Rotiboy buns available. I was informed that there were, and I specifically requested to reserve 3 pieces. The staff agreed, and I made my way down to the outlet within the promised 20-minute window. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that my reserved buns had been given away to another customer—and that this was also the last batch for the day. This experience was extremely frustrating, not only because my trip was entirely wasted, but also because of the lack of proper reservation handling. What was even more disappointing was the response when I raised the issue: there was no sense of accountability or apology, even though the reserved items were released without any verification. I genuinely hope the outlet can improve its staff training and service standards, especially in handling reservations and customer communication, as this incident has significantly affected my perception of an otherwise beloved brand.
