Waffles and Shrimp Cake On the day of my summer trip to Cheung Chau, after having breakfast at Shimanakaboken, I originally planned to go to the Cheung Chau Torii Gate, but the weather was too hot and I decided to give up. After walking around the streets for a while and looking for a place with air conditioning to sit, I went to HAIKA Coffee. HAIKA Coffee's outdoor location is very unique, but it's better to sit indoors when the temperature is high. HAIKA Coffee is a camping-themed coffee shop that sells camping supplies. In terms of food, there are bagels, cakes and dirty tarts. Tea drinks other than coffee seem to be very attractive. Waffles wanted to bring shrimp cakes to try the Lemon Caffeine ($44), but he didn’t expect that Waffles liked it too. I also ordered a cup of Dirty ($46), which was also very delicious. When the clerk brought the dirty tart ($48), he reminded the waffles and shrimp cakes to be eaten hot. The waffle fell in love with it as soon as he ate it.
