10/10 1. The housekeeping staff member who cleaned my room did it so thoroughly, as if he were cleaning his own home. I got sick during my stay and had no energy to take care of things myself, so his help meant a lot to me 2. The management responds to messages within 2–5 seconds! I was genuinely surprised And if there is any issue, they resolve it very quickly. 3. The hotel itself is incredibly clean. The staff clean every corner and every little detail Honestly, I haven't seen this level of cleanliness even in many luxury hotels. I'm so happy I found this place. From now on, whenever I come back, I want to stay here Absolutely loved this place The rooms are incredibly comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The curtains, bed linen, towels, care kit, and even the kitchenware are all high quality — frying pan, soup bowls, pots, wine glasses, mugs, carafes, professional cooking knife, great service ‍ It truly creates a cozy “home away from home” feeling. The TV is HUGE Furniture is perfectly clean and well-kept. There’s a clothes drying rack, a great washing machine, high-quality microwave and refrigerator — unlike many other hotels where food spoils quickly, everything here works perfectly! The walls and overall interior are very clean. Housekeeping is amazing, and most importantly — it feels very safe here. They also provide a branded umbrella, bicycles, a wonderful coworking space, café, and an incredible gym This apartment hotel is now officially my favorite place in Phuket Service: 5

I had a great stay at these apartments in Chalong, Phuket. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything you need nearby. Vila Market supermarket and HomePro are located very close to the complex, which is very convenient for groceries and household shopping. The complex is brand new, built in December last year, and everything still feels fresh and modern. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, mattress, and pillows. The kitchen and bathroom are also completely new and well designed. I really liked the gym and the coworking space with private working rooms available 24/7, which was very useful for work. The rooftop swimming pool has a beautiful view, and the underground parking is another big advantage. There is also EV charging available, which was especially important for me because I drive an electric car. I would also like to thank the reception staff — Pichy and Prae— for their excellent service and friendliness. Special thanks as well to the security guard Kan for being very helpful and professional. Overall, this is a modern and comfortable place to stay in Chalong, and I would definitely recommend it. We had a great stay at Homa Chalong Bay. We originally booked a studio room and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. The space was lovely and well laid out, with a comfortable living area and a functional kitchen equipped with a washing machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. This is a new property (I believe it opened in December 2025), so all the equipment and furnishings are brand new. There was a slight paint smell lingering in the air, which is expected in a newly opened place, but it wasn’t a major issue. We were lucky to secure a parking spot for our car. Parking can be a bit tight, but it’s reassuring to see that the management listens to guest feedback and has someone available to assist, especially helpful for those who may find navigating small spaces challenging. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, offering comfort and convenience. Most amenities are within easy reach, and many popular beaches are just a 15–20 minute drive away. We would happily consider staying here again. Service: 5
