Food is excellent. Great combination of Japanese / Spanish flavors. My favorites are the oyster, eggplant , iberico pork belly in skewers, Cod and Waygu paella. Dessert of matcha tiramisu is light with a slight hint of sake . Set lunch menu comes with a glass of sparkling wine. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $90–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The Japanese-Spanish flavour combinations, especially the oyster, eggplant, Iberico pork belly skewers, and the Cod and Wagyu paella — these are some of our favourites too. Humo is definitely a spot I’d return to and recommend for its creative Spanish–Japanese fusion, with bold yet well-balanced flavors. My family and I had a great dining experience. The quality of the food and the precision of the flavors truly impressed us. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80
