Haidilao never disappoints. We ordered several cuts of beef, seafood, and vegetables, and everything was fresh and delicious. The soup bases were rich and flavorful, and the self-service sauce bar allowed us to customize our own dipping sauces. The service was truly top-notch. The staff paid attention to every detail, from refilling drinks to checking if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and well managed despite being busy. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience. Great food, outstanding service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a premium hotpot experience.
