Excellent service. The table is very well designed for the purpose, solving the problem with space. We were welcomed in person, with several employees each doing a separate step, in well organized sucession, making it a pleasant experience, even for those new to hot pots. We will definitely come again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Haidilao never disappoints. We ordered several cuts of beef, seafood, and vegetables, and everything was fresh and delicious. The soup bases were rich and flavorful, and the self-service sauce bar allowed us to customize our own dipping sauces. The service was truly top-notch. The staff paid attention to every detail, from refilling drinks to checking if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and well managed despite being busy. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience. Great food, outstanding service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a premium hotpot experience.
