香港での日本風居酒屋では、1番じゃ無いでしょうか。刺し身類は新鮮そのもの、ネタも最高！伊勢エビに至っては、スープとおじやにしてくれるサービス付き。それがまた最高に旨い！串焼きも、ネタ良し、焼き加減もGood！スタッフの気配り、目配りもちゃんと教育されてました。同系列店に、寿司屋等有るのですが、今回は行けませんでしたが、行く価値は有ると思います。スタッフの皆さん、美味しい日本食、有難う御座いました。って言う感じかな。 Kid-friendliness: 二階が有り、家族づれや宴会も出来そうです。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: 串焼き, 伊勢海老姿烧

As indicated by many reviews, this is not only about great food but exemplary service. It is increasingly rare to experience table attention at this level, where the front of house is all about the table status at all times. Sake cups refilled, plates removed to make room for others, a smooth manager directing and pleasantly inquiring. Hamataki is easily overlooked on the street with its cluttered narrow storefront, but it opens into a universe of joys. I will agreeably leave gushings about the food to all the other reviews to simply say that this is a professional operation whose 10 years stand as testimony to a job and business well done.
