We had an amazing experience at Happy Jack Gastrobar in Phuket! We actually came back several evenings because we enjoyed it so much. We went with a bigger group on some evenings and with a smaller group on other evenings, and every time the experience was great. The owner, Peter, was very friendly, welcoming and always made us feel at home. He really cares about his guests and was always happy to have a chat and make sure everything was good. His staff was also very friendly, helpful and kind. The service was excellent every time we visited. We tried many different dishes during our visits, including the Wagyu Tomahawk, Aussie Ribeye, Pork Chop, Tuna Steak, Hot Dog, Cold Cuts Platter, Spare Ribs, Wagyu Beef Burger, Pasta Bolognese, Braised Beef in Dark Leffe Beer and several different Thai dishes. Honestly, every single dish was delicious! We were especially impressed by the meat. Every piece was full of flavour, cooked very well and had the perfect taste. The Wagyu Tomahawk and Aussie Ribeye were definitely some of our favourites, but everything we ordered was really good. It was also nice to have so much choice, because there is something for everyone, whether you want a good steak, a burger, pasta or Thai food. We also tried several cocktails, and they were very tasty. We especially loved the Mojito, we ordered it more than once during our stay! The atmosphere at Happy Jack is also a big part of the experience. It is a great place to enjoy a nice dinner, have some drinks and spend time with friends or family. Whether you are coming with a big group or just a few people, you will feel very welcome. If you are visiting Phuket, we highly recommend stopping by Happy Jack Gastrobar. If you love a good piece of meat, delicious Thai food, tasty cocktails and friendly service, this is definitely a place you should try. We are very happy that we discovered this restaurant and would absolutely come back again when we are in Phuket! It’s one of the must stops in Phuket. Food is well prepared and A+++. Great service and ambiance with exceptional bar and yes Cuban cigars.
