Ordering system very slow and have issues as mentioned by other reviewers. Food quality subpar for the price. Only 5 mushrooms with the salmon compared to 30+ in the picture. Salmon was overcooked until hard. Server required our help to top up chopsticks whilst in the middle of our meal, despite it not being very busy (Maybe could just top up after we finish). Cold durian mochi skin was also crumbly instead of stretchy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40

Shocking service and rude waiting staff. Come here at your own risk.... App to scan the menu did not work multiple times from the start. When i asked the lady in glasses with bun up hair-(supposedly the manager) about it she was super grumpy and annoyed and ask me to open the link again even though I opened it 3 times and an error message kept showing.... She was so close to me and when I asked her about the menu she showed some real annoyance even though she was just like a stone's throw away. It worked only after the fourth time. I ordered a salmon set and refillable tea. i The supposed refillable green tea ice tasted quite bad like water and did not come with ice even though i requested for ice. When i asked the lady for ice she said oh the ice melted ! (That was it, she did not even bring me any ice) I ordered the salmon set and it took quite a while to come and had some emergency at home, so I told them I had to leave and come back later and the manager was visibly upset and insisted I paid for the food I ordered. I told her i would be back in an hour and she seemed extremely annoyed and insisted I wait and do a dabao. I told her I couldn't wait and would just pay and come back later to finish my meal. 40 mins later ,When i came back I requested for my meal and my refillable tea. She refused to give me my tea saying she had kept the cup away and she couldn't expect to wait all day for me . She said it in a rather rude and nasty manner. So i had my meal without the drink. Unfortunately the salmon also tasted very bad it was overcooked on the surface. Last time I would be coming into this shop with such appalling service . Cold, unfriendly and rude staff that acts as if you are bothering them when you ask for help everytime even though the shop was entirely empty ... not surprised why it's empty!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m truly disappointed with my recent visit. The quality of the sushi has dropped tremendously, and there were very limited choices on the conveyor belt. The Japanese rice was hard as well, which made the experience even more upsetting. I chose Hei Sushi to celebrate my wife and daughter, but sadly it turned out to be the wrong decision. It was a very disappointing experience. Hei Sushi, I sincerely hope you can step up the quality of your food and service. There are not many halal sushi restaurants in Singapore, and many of us genuinely hope to continue supporting you. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
