I truly wanted to write something nice because the staff are kind, the kittens are so gentle and cute, and our daughter just had a wonderful time. However, the place wasn’t clean and a number of kittens had runny noses and discharge around their eyes. It also smelled truly awful. So, I felt terrible for the cats because they were really all so sweet. The place needs a few days to deep clean and just overall care for the kitties. With all the hygiene issues I just could not order any food or drinks. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, this was the worst cat cafe experience I’ve ever had. The moment we entered, the smell was extremely unpleasant. Most of the cats appeared unwell many were sneezing, had runny noses, and generally looked unhealthy. There was even vomit on the floor, and the cats themselves did not appear clean or well cared for. What concerned me the most was seeing a cat with what looked like a skin infection. I sincerely hope it was not something contagious such as a fungal infection. The cat was separated from the others but still in the customer area, and we were never informed not to touch it. The overall cleanliness was shocking. The floor was sticky, with visible dirt, urine, and waste. During our visit, we even witnessed a cat defecating on the floor. To make matters worse, there were food bowls with ants crawling around and inside them, which is completely unacceptable in a place responsible for caring for animals. This was heartbreaking to see. I have visited many cat cafes before, but never one in such poor condition. These animals are not business tools they are living beings that deserve proper care, hygiene, veterinary attention, and a safe environment. Based on what I witnessed during my visit, I cannot recommend this place to others, especially animal lovers. Until significant improvements are made to the cats’ welfare, hygiene, and overall living conditions, I believe there are much better and more responsible cat cafes to visit. I truly hope the owners take immediate action to improve the welfare and living conditions of these cats. Atmosphere: 1

Best cat cafe in Chiang Mai. The cats are very affectionate and love human contact. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is fresh and good. Price per person: ฿1–200
