Very disappointing experience at Here Kitty Kitty on 25/04/26. My group purchased two bottles of Chivas 12 under the table booking name “Aaron Toh.” Despite having already paid, we were later accused of not settling the bill. The staff member who accepted the payment was nowhere to be found when the issue arose, and instead of properly investigating the matter, we were treated as though we were attempting to leave without paying. What was most concerning was that we were prevented from leaving while the dispute was ongoing, despite multiple individuals present having witnessed the payment. No receipt was provided, and there appeared to be little effort made to verify the transaction through payment records before escalating the situation. I attempted to resolve the matter calmly and respectfully, but was met with dismissive responses. I was told to “come back on Tuesday” rather than being provided with any meaningful assistance that evening. Following the incident on 25/04/26, I have since emailed the management team four times requesting clarification, a review of the CCTV footage and payment records, and an update on the outcome of their investigation. As of today, 02/06/26, I have still not received any substantive response. Mistakes can happen in any establishment. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, both the incident itself and the lack of follow-up over more than a month have left me extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service shown. I hope management reviews this matter seriously and improves its payment verification procedures, staff conduct, and customer complaint handling process. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came for the free flow, like many others. The actual venue was nicely decorated, just a bit of a tight space with lack of tables for the number of guests but too many for the amount of space. It would be better if they just forwent tables and seating entirely or made the whole area seated. There was a lot of rules to the free flow that we weren't informed of before going in: only single shot of liquor (and usually it was less than that), and a mixer is mandatory. I like whiskey on the rocks and this annoyed me a bit. No beer or other drinks, just a single mixer with a lot of mixer in relation to liquor. There were a bunch of guys around who started loudly making inappropriate comments to people in my group and to others. It didn't escalate further but security should have been more present to monitor because the few guys in the group then didn't feel comfortable to leave even for a bit as the girls were all super anxious. I went back a bunch but for someone with a higher tolerance like me I barely caught a buzz at all. Maybe my tolerance is higher than normal because I kept seeing guys throwing up in the bathroom when I went who were also not being kicked out or monitored. It's a nice space but is brought down by the lack of oversight and poor communication around drink choices for the free flow Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
