Absolutely appalling experience and some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a bar. I entered with a group of friends, purchased multiple drinks and a bottle, and was enjoying the evening without any issues. After stepping outside briefly, I was shockingly denied re-entry by the bouncer. What made the situation even more frustrating was that he continued allowing other patrons, particularly women, to enter freely while refusing to listen to a reasonable explanation that I had already paid for drinks and had belongings at my table. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the bouncer was rude, dismissive, and outright insulting. When I tried to explain that I had a bottle and drinks waiting at my table, he responded with the condescending remark, “Is this your first time at a bar?”—an entirely unnecessary and disrespectful comment. The most absurd part came when I asked what was supposed to happen to the drinks and bottle I had already paid for. His response was, “We can keep the bottle for you and you can come back another time.” This makes absolutely no sense. If I was being denied entry that night despite already being a paying customer, what assurance would I have that I could return another day to claim something I had already paid for? To his credit, the manager was polite and attempted to help. However, the proposed solution was equally unreasonable: I could enter, but my friend—who was seated at the exact same table and part of the same group—would not be allowed in. Needless to say, this was not a real solution. The venue was not overcrowded, there was no incident involving our group, and there was no legitimate explanation provided for the treatment we received. Being prevented from accessing drinks that had already been purchased, while being spoken to in a rude and patronizing manner, is completely unacceptable. There are plenty of bars that value their customers and know how to treat paying patrons with basic respect. Unfortunately, this establishment is not one of them. I will not be returning and would strongly discourage others from spending their money here unless they are prepared for arbitrary rules, inconsistent treatment, and exceptionally poor customer service.
