Was craving for Dimsum around Chinatown but other shops only open after 10:30am. Decided to give Ho Kee Pau a shot. To my surprise the Dimsum wasn’t as fresh and lacks flavour the siumai ans hargaw skins were doughy and not meaty. but for the price I think it’s acceptable. The only thing that can make it is the Chee Cheong fun. That said. At least the hygiene is ok and staff was friendly. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
