With signature Hokkien mee cooked to order in small batches and fried up in a wok to retain its traditional, slightly charred flavour. Be sure to visit this stall early in the day, before 7.30pm

Would call it amazing nor did I get Michelin chills truthfully. It was an OK plate, I expected a stronger deep broth taste, maybe even a “Lardy” taste... but no...

Above average Hokkien mee but I find the noodles abit too hard. Doesn’t really have wok hei either
