harbor plaza north point hotel内のレストランから、部屋にクーポンの差し入れ。 ラッキーかなと、ですから食べに出かけたら！、キノコと鍋に入った炊き込みごはんみたいなので500香港ドル！、クーポンは一回一枚らしく、晩御飯が400香港ドル！、美味しかったので良しですが（笑） 香港ローカルのチャイニーズレストランと比較すると、料理は断然上で、清潔さ、サービス、アラカルトメニューの数も沢山あります。 英語メニューを見ても、出てくるまで何がくるかわからないのが、中国語ダメだから仕方ない。 場所は、香港島のクオリーベイです。静かに高級中華を食べたいならおすすめします。 A restaurant in the harbor plaza north point hotel, gave it to me coupon in my room. I thought I might be lucky, so I went out to eat. I went out to eat and found a coupon for a bowl of rice with mushrooms in a pot for HK$500! The coupon is only good for one meal at a time, so I paid HK$400 for the dinner! It was good, though, because it was delicious (laughs). Compared to local Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, the food is definitely better, and I can recommend the cleanliness, service, and the large number of items on the a la carte menu. Even if you look at the English menu, you don't know what you are going to get until it comes out, but that's because Chinese is no good.

On a rainy Friday noon, we tried the dim sum buffet purchased through XXday with an additional discount. Every customer would receive a small abalone and half fried pigeon. The items from the set list were delicious, while the additional dishes placed on the table were less impressive—except for the red bean soup. Overall, the food was good, the price reasonable, and the cosy environment made it enjoyable to sit and relax for three hours. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $150–200

I was disappointed with the all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch package at your hotel's Yat Lung Heen restaurant—it felt like a total rip-off, with terrible organization and subpar food quality. I honestly felt tricked. We got there at noon, the official start time of the buffet, but there was already a huge line, and we had to wait about 20 minutes just to get seated. I found it was deal to the primitive searching the register names on a hand written booking list that waste plenty of time. After placing our order, it took 50 minutes for the first dish to arrive. Most of the dishes, except for the steamed ones, weren't covered at all and had been sitting on the carts for ages without being served, so everything came to the table cold. The shrimp scrambled eggs didn't have a single shrimp in them, and the dry-fried beef ho fun had no beef whatsoever—the overall food standard was awful. A lot of the dim sum we ordered never even showed up. I saw plenty of other customers complaining that their orders weren't being fulfilled either and the supervisor/manager instructed the waiters to take the food from an order to those complaining first. The self-serve section was a mess too; as soon as anything came out, it was snatched up right away, leaving even the plates and sauces completely gone, until some angry customers complained. The only drink provided, orange juice, was barely replenished at all. I some more than 10 thirsty customers tried to get the trace milliliters of the juicy by tilting the large jar...but all failed. I cannot imagine it was seen from a 4 star hotel restaurant. But it was funny to see a new jar of orange juice was put there only near 3pm when we leaved the restaurant, when no one care about it anymore. Clearly, the hotel isn't equipped to handle this kind of promotion—they should only offer what they can manage properly. This isn't the first time you've run this buffet, and with so many complaints from guests, why haven't you fixed things? It seems like you're deliberately misleading people. I hope your hotel takes this seriously and starts operating with some integrity!
