It was during the CNY peak period and there was heavy rain the whole day. Despite offering much higher delivery fees, we faced unexpected difficulty securing a driver. Hi Clara, Thank you for supporting us from the very beginning, we truly appreciate it. You’re right that our prices were much lower when we first started about 5 years ago. At that time, it was our first venture and honestly, we were underpricing heavily and not making money. Over the years, ingredient costs, rental, manpower and logistics have increased significantly, especially for premium hotpot ingredients and festive periods. Our current sets also differ in portion size, ingredient quality and overall offering compared to when we first launched. That said, we understand that pricing may not suit everyone, and we respect your feedback. Thank you again for supporting us since day one.
