ランチタイムをハズすと人がいなくて居心地が良いバーガーレストラン 自然派ダブルチーズバーガーセット さつま芋のフライドポテト付きがおすすめ いつも食べきれないから持ち帰ります アドミラルティから徒歩8分のスターストリートは平日午後3時が穴場時間. Star Street with few people at 3pm. Cozy burger restaurant. Natural Double Cheeseburger Set. Sweet Potato Fries Together. About 8 minutes walk from Admiralty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$250–300

Leaving a review from my visit back in Jan when they reopened in Wanchai. (The google business was not ready yet then) I have been a fan since Honbo early days at the original Wanchai shop. Visited the new shop for the first time and the experience overall just wasn’t the same. To start the seating is all on the narrow side bar table or around the bar so it’s impossible to sit with a group. It was 3 of us that day. We ordered two 1.5 and one regular Honbo. I’ve always ordered the 1.5 as I know it’s just filling enough for me with 3 patties. Halfway through my burger I realized there isn’t as much meat as I remembered there should be, and compared with my friend’s 1.5 it was visually less thick - as pictured. It looked like a normal Honbo my other friend got. Couldn’t count the patties as they were all fused together with cheese/ smashed together. I feedback to the staff, showing her both burgers and she explained that it’s due to the different pressure applied when smashing the patties (??!?!) She checked with the chef but they didn’t even bother to see for themselves. So I paid extra $40 for nothing. Honbo was once my fav burger place but sadly not anymore Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
