The restaurant temp is definitely very hot and not that comfortable sitting during day time. We are left seating nearly an hour just to find out that the order was never received in the kitchen. The order finally came out, but wrong order. Staff deliberately noticed that we sat and waited extremely long time. The other waitress apologized and offer a freebie. It was fair. But I expected it shouldn't be this bad from such a big franchise chain. May be im just extremely bad luck case. Disappointed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I dont know why this place gets the bad reviews but i asked for steak here and got what i asked for. It was cooked as i asked and tasted okay.. it was 579 baht so its not a high quality steak but its better then what i expected. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
