Kimchi soup was not bad, really a comfort on a cooling day. Seafood kalguksu was starchy and filling us fast!

This was just what I needed after a sickly experience somewhere else the day before...fresh, hot (bubbling) and tasty. What kept me from shoveling the FRESH tasting broth and strips of beef was the temperature, but it gave me a chance to savour the goodness of the yukgaejang. I was going to order the bulgogi stew, but ordered the yukgaejang instead. I have no regrets, but I had the expectation that it would have been spicier. I guess since it is fusion, it lost some of the spice level to meet the spice tolerance level of everyone. My eyes, palate and tummy were happy to eat here. I will be back..soon????.

Located at One-North, Hoodadak serves orginal korean dishes and fusion foods such as the Carbonara noodles, Kimchi fries, Chicken bibimbap and bulgogi bibimbap and seafood spicy noodle, special for gamjatang and many more. Try Amy stew great for shring with friends. Opening hour every day same lunch 11:30 am to 2:30 pm dinner 5:30 pm to 10 pm .
