Gave us cold risotto and souffle omelette (maybe from another customer that rejected it?). When we complained, they microwaved it to be lukewarm and also most likely added water to it as seen from the watery puddle in the risotto after microwaving. The “tomato lobster bisque sauce” is just ketchup imo. Mentaiko salmon pasta uses cooked smoked salmon instead of normal salmon which is very weird. Mango smoothie was also definitely not worth $9+19% given that they used ice blended with syrup and the ice was not even properly blended. Going to boycott all Hoshino outlets from now on. A comforting corner in busy Chinatown Point where food is consistent and delicious. Service is speedy and efficient. Staff is warm and professional. Especially Ivan, who is extremely attentive and fast. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
