Ordered Matcha Fuwafuwa Latte, cloud topping sounded yummy. Staff was friendly and very helpful in explaining that the topping will be sweet enough as I’ve asked if I can have it sweetened. She said if I needed it to be sweeter, she could sweeten it more after I’ve tried which I appreciate. 5* for service but wished the drinks were better. The cloud topping was good but the matcha latte itself was too mild, too milky. Lacking the matcha aroma. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was not that crowded. Cozy seating area. Staff were very friendly. Handmade matcha latte made immediately after ordering at the counter. Love the Ichigo Matcha, not that sweet. Received a cute notepad after the review. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Decor / Ambience ************************ The Moss Matcha cafe has a calm and Zen ambience, featuring a modern design with elements inspired by Japanese East Asian traditions. The interior decor features dark green Noren curtains, light wood seats and polished grey floors. The takeaway cold beverage. ********************************** Ichigo Matcha SGD9.90 ( Strawberry Matcha) The Ichigo Matcha from Moss Matcha was a refreshing and well-balanced cold drink. --- The milk was smooth and creamy, layered with earthy matcha notes and a gentle hint of tart strawberry jam.️ The beverage was not overly sweet, making it light and easy to finish. Service standards = The service crew, two young ladies, who interacted with me, were very friendly, polite and attentive. When one of the girls realised I was doing a Google Map Review, she handed me a complementary & beautifully crafted sticky memo pad. Thank You So Much to the young ladies for the kind and omotenashi spirit of hospitality bestowed on me today.
