We had such a wonderful dining experience at Hot Tomato at Jewel Changi! The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price. We ordered the medium-rare Ribeye Steak, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, flavorful, and one of the best steaks we’ve had. We also ordered a kids’ meal, and to our surprise, our little one finished everything! That’s always a great sign because she’s usually a picky eater. She genuinely enjoyed the meal. A special shout-out to Kyle and Mark for their exceptional hospitality. They were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. They gladly accommodated every request we had without making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. I’d also like to commend the entire team. Even though we dined after 8:00 PM, every staff member still greeted guests with a smile and maintained such a positive attitude. You couldn’t tell they were tired after a long day, which speaks volumes about their dedication and excellent customer service. Great food, generous portions, excellent value for money, and outstanding service, also to mention that the waiting time is fast for a great meal—everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is a plus!! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hot Tomato Jewel to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and a fantastic dining experience!
