A great whisky bar in Central. It has a wide selection of whisky, the owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions about whisky. House welley is definitely a must-visit bar in Hong Kong if you’re a whisky lover. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Spent a lot here and brought all my friends. Spent thousands on first round for large group. One guest, nursing one drink, said be quiet. So if you want a silent drink. Come. Great whiskey. If you. want a good time. Skip it. Atmosphere: 1
