旨かったのは、上にカリカリベーコンが乗った野菜の皿。期待したソフトシェルクラブを使ったプーパッポンカレーは、クラブが小型になってしまうため、少しカレー味が勝ちすぎかな。その他エビ料理などはふつうのうまさだった。次回は900Ｂクラスのフカヒレも試してみたい。

The management system is very bad. Ordered grab pickup 10 minutes in advance before arriving at the store. Because I have to rush to continue running errands. When we arrived at the store, we informed the staff that we were here to pick up Grab Pickup with this order number. In conclusion, after sitting and waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I started to feel annoyed and asked the staff if the food was ready yet. Because I've ordered pickup from the store many times before and it hasn't been this long. We sat and waited while watching the employees work. In conclusion, the store employees are very confused. Take food from the kitchens of several grab pickup orders and stack them together in a pile. And I'm confused about which menu box belongs to which order. (And how can he not be confused?) Why don't you put the food in a pile? Separated by each order? Until we had to follow the second and third round of employees. that I have to continue running errands It's about to be late. Please take a look at this order. The employees are still confused. Confused by the food that was randomly placed in large piles. Until the 4th round, we couldn't stand it. I'm very late for business. So I walked in and called a woman in a suit who was sitting in the store, assuming it was the manager. (And it's really the manager.) Let the manager come and help manage the orders for you. Waited 45 minutes and still haven't gotten food. The manager walked over to help look at it. Then I found that the food was complete. But they still can't pack things into bags for us. Because I had to sit and open the food boxes, checking each box one by one because the staff didn't label the food menu names on the boxes. Makes me not know what is put in the box. So I can't remember which menu is in which box... We had to waste time waiting for the staff to take out each food box and look at it to check that it was complete according to the items we had ordered. In summary, we wasted time waiting for the food from the moment we ordered it in the app before it arrived at the restaurant. Until sitting and waiting in front of the store for a total of 50 minutes. And the menu that we ordered was a menu that wasn't difficult at all. There are 2 dim sum menus, 2 steamed buns, crab fried rice, and boiled sea bass with dipping sauce. That is, the kitchen has finished cooking. But instead, we had to sit and wait for the food to leave the restaurant for a total of 50 minutes because of very confusing management. What were we doing? It was crazy, until we ended up running errands late. Another waste of free time That is, the problem is not an unpredictable situation. Or is it an emergency situation that must be resolved immediately? But it is purely caused by a problem with a poor management system. Problems will not occur at all if the store has a good management system. If you get food from the kitchen, you should clearly write the name of the menu on the box so that you know which menu is in which box and then pack the boxes. And food boxes should be placed separately according to order for ease of inspection. I don't know if the standards have dropped recently or not because I have been a customer of Hua Seng Hong for a long time and have never encountered a problem like this. This time I encountered a problem with management. Please help me deal with it.
