The hotel is mature and very clean. It's closer to BTS train station which leads to all tourist destinations. The rooms are very spacious. Reception team battled a little bit with English language otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast

I recently visited The Mulberry Chinese Cuisine at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam for their all-you-can-eat dim sum experience, and it was a very enjoyable meal. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dim sum along with main dishes, soup, desserts, and selected menu upgrades depending on the package. The atmosphere feels elegant yet comfortable, with a contemporary Chinese interior that works well for both casual dining and special occasions. I also liked that there are private rooms available for guests who would prefer a more exclusive setting. The ordering system was convenient and efficient, as guests can scan a QR code and have the dishes served directly to the table. The food arrived nicely presented, and it was easy to enjoy a relaxed dining pace over the two-hour experience. Overall, it is a good choice for anyone looking for an all-you-can-eat dim sum experience in Bangkok with a pleasant setting and a wide selection of dishes.
