Hua Zai HK Style Roasted Delight Rice Noodle @ 308 Anchorvale off Sengkang East Avenue. Somehow Much Tasty than outlet @ HG Village. Happy no fried onions. Char Siew little hard yet with fats. Today the Roast Duck meat has taste, is nice and soft. The TauKua is a comfort food today, soft and tasty. Some love meat with fats. Some like lean meat. The merchant could offer option to select preference. Please Always Debone. You can use the bones to boil your stock. Like other reviewers, I had experienced bits and pieces of bones dangerously mixed in the rice and especially dangerous for the elderly and children even adults. Food when bland can be remedied. But if too salty too oily, only way is to wash away with hot water then there goes the tastiness. Prices have hiked. The only consolation is to Keep up maintaining the consistency quality & standard with cooking skills that comes with a Heart! And Go Healthier Choice!
