If you're new to this, it's a cuisine featuring dishes from various regions of China. The ordering system works by weighing the food you place on the tray to determine the price. Freeflow variety of rice, porridge, beverages, and desserts. While it may not be as authentic as the Chinese versions, I found it to be the best, if not better than most available in Singapore. Definitely give it a try if you haven't! It's definitely worth it I've had it more than ten times since the start of the year, and June is just a few days away. Staff at VivoCity were friendly and attentive. Food, drinks and deserts top up promptly. Food are also less salty though abit oily. Value for money, esp member discount. Nice place to enjoy a good lunch. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Vegetarian options: Mala cauliflower, bittergourd fired eggs, king oyster mushrooms are some good vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Millets porridge available for kids.

Absolutely horrible experience. The food was completely tasteless — like they forgot to season anything at all. Every dish I tried was bland and lifeless, honestly some of the worst food I’ve had. The drinks were even worse — ridiculously diluted to the point it was basically just coloured water. Calling that “tea” is a joke. And for this kind of quality, the price is insane. They advertise it like it’s affordable, but you end up paying way too much for food that doesn’t even meet basic standards. It feels like a complete scam. To make things worse, my order was missing items as well. So not only is the food bad, but the service is careless too. Overall, overpriced, watered-down drinks, tasteless food, and poor service. Definitely not worth it — avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
