A Club, located in Dorsett Hotel in Kwun Tong, specializes in Chaozhou dishes and Cantonese cuisine. The staff greeted us warmly as we arrived, and demonstrated professional and attentive service throughout the entire meal. Silky Fowl Soup w/ Blaze Mushroom & Conch Pig's Lung Soup w/ Almond Juice Both soups were rich and nourishing. Served in a tea pot loaded with ingredients that kept the soup boiling hot for over half an hour. Pan-fried Baked Prawns in Broth Huge crunchy prawns. Tossed in a creamy sauce packed with umami. Deep-fried Chicken w/ Garlic An outstanding dish. Topped with tons of flavorful deep-fried garlic. The chicken was finely marinated and cooked to the right point with a thin layer of crispy skin and juicy tender meat Goose Blood & Chinese Chive Pot Smooth and moist goose blood that had well absorbed the flavors of the savory sauce. Green Amaranth & Bamboo Fungus Veggies in a delicately flavored golden soup. Didn't expect such a big portion. Overall satisfying food quality and reasonable prices.
