香港の大切なお客様からご案内頂き初めて伺う。 銅鑼湾そごうやパークレーンホテルからも近くお店は地下にある。 6時到着時には1組だったお客様も30分ほどで満席に。 元々は離れた場所で営業していたが、人気を呼び数年前に現在の場所に移転、現在でも旧店舗の時からのお客様が非常に多いよう。 またミシュラン2025を獲得し人気に拍車がかかったらしい。 運ばれてきたお料理はどれも申し分なく最初から最後まで美味しく頂けた。 スタッフの女性も細かいところまで気配りしてくれたし、オーナーも気さくに応対してくれ最後には全員で記念写真まで撮ってくれた。 とても気分の良い時間を過ごすことができた。. Looking for a Chiu Chow specialty restaurant in Hong Kong? How can you miss Hung’s Delicacies? It is particularly famous for its marinated meats and traditional techniques. The flavours are complex and addictive. You are strongly encouraged to order its master stock (lo shui) since it has been aged and refined over decades and marinated goose slices with deep and meaty flavour. The good news is there is a new branch at the Hong Kong International Airport. Add this as one of the must-visit restaurants in Hong Kong. You will not regret it.
