香港の大切なお客様からご案内頂き初めて伺う。 銅鑼湾そごうやパークレーンホテルからも近くお店は地下にある。 6時到着時には1組だったお客様も30分ほどで満席に。 元々は離れた場所で営業していたが、人気を呼び数年前に現在の場所に移転、現在でも旧店舗の時からのお客様が非常に多いよう。 またミシュラン2025を獲得し人気に拍車がかかったらしい。 運ばれてきたお料理はどれも申し分なく最初から最後まで美味しく頂けた。 スタッフの女性も細かいところまで気配りしてくれたし、オーナーも気さくに応対してくれ最後には全員で記念写真まで撮ってくれた。 とても気分の良い時間を過ごすことができた。. On Saturday, May 16, I dined at Hung's Delicacies for lunch. After ordering a vegetable dish, I was shocked to find a plastic soy sauce cap in my food. This is a serious choking hazard and indicates a lapse in kitchen safety and quality control. Although the waitress later canceled the dish from our order, the incident raises serious questions about food-handling procedures and staff training in the kitchen. I also note that my review on Openrice.com (Hong Kong) appears to have been removed from their platform. For this reason, I am sharing this account on Google Reviews to alert other customers to exercise caution. I urge the management of Hung’s Delicacies to review their kitchen safety standards and staff training procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
