One of the best prawn noodle I’ve tried in SG. The soup was very flavorful and the prawns are fresh. We’ve also tried the prawn toast which was too oily. The payment system was not user friendly, hope the owner can improve it. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Had the. Prawn noodles, broth was Gao ! Amazing seafood ! We had the Alaskan king crab been Hoon for 2 pax . The crab was fresh and sweet , not the frozen type , one feedback it was a little salty for my taste . $38.8 was a very good deal! The foie gra was braised in dark sauce , super tender , not overcooked and retained the texture. The let down was the prawn toast super ordinary . Edible but nothing special . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Hup Lok recently; it's tucked away in a quiet corner of Havelock Road. I found the pomfret soup to be outstanding; the fish slices were very fresh with no fishy taste, and the soup itself was very delicious. While the prawn broth was quite tasty and the prawns were large and fresh, they didn't taste particularly sweet or special to me. One thing to note is that there was no choice of carbs; I personally prefer thick yellow noodles, but it came as a fixed mix. The fried platter was nicely prepared, and I enjoyed the fried prawns the most. However, the desserts (we tried both the pistachio and normal Mont Blanc) were a bit of a letdown as they tasted quite mediocre. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
