This outlet is really outstanding! Every pastry & dessert we had was full of flavor to perfection. Hands down, to both Brendon & Megah who gave recommendations that were spot-on! Their cheerful attitude truly shines on the floor, it's phenomenal! There are no queues, but no one notices us standing in the queue. Quite common in SG. During the ordering session, it seems very rushed, but overall it's a good place to chill. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tiong Bahru Bakery @ Wisma L3 is a great spot to enjoy coffee and pastries in the heart of Orchard Road. The decor is modern and inviting, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. Service staff are friendly and efficient, adding to the pleasant experience. Their bakes and pastries are consistently good. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. However, the coffee was a bit underwhelming compared to their pastries. That said, this outlet is a fantastic place for work discussions, catching up with friends, or even hopping on a Zoom call, thanks to its conducive environment.
