Had the best customer service experience at Hvala today. We ordered genmatcha latte which was delicious. Halfway through I knocked my cup over, which spilled all over the floor. The staff took immediate action to clean up my mess and even treated me to a new cup. Kudos to your polite and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended indeed! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Relaxing Japanese cafe. Haven’t tried their food. Visited here few times n only had different types of matcha. Also bought matcha powder. Staff are friendly n helpful. Love their Japanese style seating by the side. Spacious leg room. Those 2seaters by the full length glass window not my fav becoz I can’t sit with crossed legs for long

I had such a wonderful experience at Hvala Odeon! If you’re a matcha lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. The quality of their matcha beverages is exceptional—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can really tell they use premium ingredients. I also tried their cakes , and they were just as impressive—light, delicate, and beautifully crafted. Every bite felt thoughtfully made and not too heavy, which pairs perfectly with their drinks. What truly made my visit memorable was the service. A big thank you to Allysher, who served me with such kindness and attentiveness She was patient in explaining the menu and gave great recommendations, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Hvala Odeon delivers not just amazing matcha and desserts, but also top-notch customer service.
