クイックランチであれば、ここは候補に入る！ 平日12:00頃に来て、オフィスの皆さんがランチに来る時間ではあったけど、空席はそこそこある状態。ガラガラではなかったです。 ウドンの麺の種類も4種類あって、それぞれに適したうどんがメニューになっている。温かいうどん、冷たいうどんもある。オーソドックスな日本のうどんの種類はあまりないのが少し寂しい。 ただ、麺の種類や温・冷をカスタマイズすることはできない模様。 オフィスランチ仕様で、頼んだら10分以内にはくるのが嬉しいところ。日本で言うと、使い勝手としては「はなまるうどん」的な感じ。 たぬきうどんは、うどんが少し柔らかかったけど、それ以外のつゆの味は、濃すぎずちょうど良い。全然食べられる。 酢橘うどんは、ちょっと酢橘のエキスをつゆに入れすぎで酸っぱさが強いけど、暑い夏の中スッキリ感は良い。 わざわざここに来て食べるチョオスはないけど、近くに住んでいたり、この店が入っているGUOCOのオフィスで働いていたら、間違いなくリピあり。. There are quite a few interesting udon options. I had the cold himokawa udon, which is a flat, wide udon with beef slices on top. It came with a peanut dipping sauce. The udon was really chewy. While it's not the absolute best, it's pretty decent and a nice addition to the udon choices in Singapore. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Had a wonderful TGIF dinner at Umai Artisanal Udon Bar! Our group of 3 went there around 6.30pm and was seated immediately. Ordered 3 sets of their Himokawa Udon with Niku Sabu (1 order was changed to pork for 2 cold & 1 hot serving). I had the chilled version and was totally blown away with the al dente thick flat Himokawa udon which tasted amazing with the cold peanut sauce dip The tempura prawn & veggies were also fried to perfection & was a great combination for the dinner set. We ordered Kiwi, Ginger & their Classic highballs to wrap up our dinner (by then the restaurant was fully packed) and left totally satisfied before 8pm. Can't wait to come back soon to Umai to try their other extensive udon items.
