IATA Express at Central is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic Chinese cuisine. As one of the city's oldest Chinese restaurants, it proudly showcases recipes that are truly unique and cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The highlight of my visit was their Peking Duck – an absolute masterpiece. The skin was perfectly crispy, with no trace of fat, thanks to the meticulous preparation by the chef and the waiter’s expert carving. Every bite was a testament to their attention to detail. What really sets it apart is the sauce – a secret recipe that elevates the dish to a whole new level. It’s rich, flavorful, and pairs beautifully with the Peking duck. I can’t get enough of it!
