One of the best kopitiam western stall I’ve eaten. I love their mashed potato (gravy tastes great), coleslaw (super crunchy), aglio olio (lots of garlic) and the chicken chop skin is crispy. I would say the quality is even better than a lot of restaurants and it is only a fraction of the price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Elias Mall outlet on 26/09 around 6pm and ordered 1 full spring chicken and a chicken salad. When collecting the food, the male staff casually told me they had run out of egg and simply replaced it with more vegetables. I joked about whether they should discount me since no egg , but he ignored me completely and did not even bother to apologize. The spring chicken also took 15 minutes to prepare. The staff knew we were waiting but did not take the initiative to inform us beforehand about the egg. Instead, he made the decision on my behalf without giving me any choice. This shows a lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I strongly urge the management to train the staff to be more professional, customer-oriented, and responsive instead of ignoring customers. Portion is really big and affordable but the medium rare steak is quite tough, hard to chew. Onion ring and coleslaw are outstanding. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
