Visited Incloud Resto, a unique place with a river floating decoration. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. The prices are quite high, with the tea package (Three White Water Whitening Tea) $48 and the herb milk tea (ginger date) $28, made with tea, ginger, red date, goji berry, sugar, and milk. It’s a nice place to relax, hang out with friends, or just enjoy a quiet, calming vibe.

The place has a nice aesthetic and is quite Instagram-worthy, but the actual experience didn’t match the price. The water feature wasn’t working properly — staff mentioned the motor is “slow”, but it looked more like it wasn’t functioning well. We ordered Daisy ($28) and Nourishing lung tea ($48), and with service charge and GST, the total came to $91.12 for just two drinks, which feels quite expensive for what you get. Overall, looks nice for photos but could improve on quality and customer experience.

Incloud巷云端 Tea House is a hidden gem that offers a beautifully curated afternoon tea experience in a serene and thoughtfully designed space. The setting feels calm and refined, with a focus on traditional Chinese tea culture presented in a modern, elegant way. I had the Shengjin Water set for $48, which included Yuzhu Snow Pear Health Tea alongside three dried fruits and three delicate pastries. The Ginger Tea — infused with lapsang souchong, ginger slices, red dates, wolfberries, rock sugar, and fresh milk — was fragrant and soothing. While not cheap, the unique blend of flavours, presentation, and overall experience made it worthwhile. Service was attentive throughout, and the atmosphere enhanced by a tasteful display of beautiful teapots and vases. I’d rate it a 5 out of 5 — a distinctive and relaxing place to slow down and enjoy tea with a touch of artistry.
