提到 Involtini Italian Cuisine，第一時間想到的肯定是廣受好評的手工意大利粉，但其實這間米芝蓮推介的餐廳還有不少意粉以外的驚喜。午市餐牌除了各款意大利粉，亦提供酥脆開心果鱈魚配意大利飯，是值得一試的精緻之選。 鱈魚外層裹上開心果碎與麵包糠，煎得香脆香脆可口，內裏魚肉依舊保持鮮嫩多汁。意大利飯經過燉煮後，米粒略帶米心，保留彈牙口感，並加入櫛瓜與海鮮白味噌醬，帶出鮮味的與淡雅鹹香，風味均衡且不過於厚重，提升整體風味，充分展現出這間良心餐廳的用心與實力。 When thinking of Involtini Italian Cuisine, their renowned handmade pasta often comes to mind. However, this Michelin-recommended restaurant offers much more beyond pasta. One must-try dish from their lunch menu is the Risotto with Pistachio Crusted Cod Fish. The cod is coated with crushed pistachios and breadcrumbs, pan-seared to a crisp golden crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy. The risotto is perfectly cooked to retain a slight bite, combined with zucchini and seafood white miso sauce for a delicate balance of umami and subtle saltiness.
