The promoter who served me have not yet arrived at work since I came down when the mall just opened. Hence I looked for someone who could help me and came this lady who told me she would get the promoter to give me a call, so she got my name and number. I waited and waited. No call for the next couple of hours. I called in. The call menu did not have Ladies' Shoes and I got transferred a few times to get to the right department. Lady who picked up the call said she would call me the following day to let me know if there was stock coming in.
Next day arrived and didn't get any calls. I called in during late afternoon, she told me there was stock but she's not sure when they will come in. She assured me that she will call me when she get news of the arrival and she promised she will call the following day noon time.
3rd day after buying the shoe, no calls came in the whole day. I called after work as I was busy and it was already 8pm. Person who answered said she will ask the lady I spoke to previously to call me back as she was busy serving a customer. No calls for the rest of the night.
4th day... no calls. I called in again. She said she tried calling in and I did not answer but I did not receive any missed calls at all. Then she told me they have stocks at Parkway Parade and I have to wait till next Wednesday to change my shoes at Tampines but I told her I needed it urgently and she said okay, she will speak with her superiors and get them to call me. No calls. Again. I just tried to call in at 9.20pm. Operator says shop is closed.
I can't believe this. I have to make the calls myself for 4 days straight despite constant promises of getting a call back and yet received none. It wasn't urgent at first and I even went down personally to exchange. But it has been past 4 days. I need the shoes by Sunday. Is this how you treat your customers? I agree that your shop sells great items and have great staff but your after sales service is horrible. I have called in again and again only to be given empty promises and my issue is still not resolved.
In any case, I really just want my shoe exchanged before Sunday. I am willing to go down to Parkway Parade to exchange personally. Is there no way to arrange this?????
